Homemade strawberry jelly!

After Gabe and I picked all of those strawberries, we needed something to do with them. Mom's plan was to make homemade strawberry jelly...so I decided to come on over and help out!

It was a really simple recipe...just strawberries and sugar. Mom was a canning professional in a previous life and new all about sterilizing and sealing the jars... I just cut and mashed and stirred. Even though the jelly turned out a little runny, it still tastes delicious!!
